📝 ご記入のタイミング
ご予約後はなるべくお早めに、遅くともチェックイン前日までにご記入ください。お部屋の暗証番号は、チェックイン３日前を目安にご案内します。チェックインまで３日を切った直前のご予約の場合は、ご記入の確認後すぐにお送りしますので、ご安心ください。
当施設は無人運営のため、法令に基づき宿泊者名簿へのご記入をお願いしています。宿泊される大人の方はお一人ずつご入力ください。あわせて、ご到着時のご本人確認に使うお顔のお写真をご提出ください。日本国内にお住まいの方は、身分証のご提出は不要です。海外からお越しの方（日本国内に住所をお持ちでない方）のみ、法令によりパスポートの顔写真ページが必要です。12歳以下のお子様は、保護者の方のフォームの「同伴のお子様のお名前」欄にお名前のみご記入ください。ご記入の確認後、予約サイトのメッセージで鍵の暗証番号ページのURLをご案内します。
📝 Timing
Please complete this form as soon as possible after booking — at the latest, by the day before check-in. We will send your door passcode about 3 days before your check-in date. For last-minute bookings (within 3 days of check-in), we’ll send it right after we confirm your entry, so please rest assured.
As an unmanned lodging, we are legally required to keep a guest register. Please complete this form one entry per adult and attach a photo of your face, which we use only to check you in on arrival. Guests living in Japan do not need to submit any ID. Only guests without an address in Japan are required by law to upload the photo page of their passport. For children 12 and under, just add their name in the “Accompanying children’s names” field on a parent’s form. After we confirm your entry, we will send you the URL with the key passcode via a message on your booking site.

预订后请尽早填写，最迟请在入住前一天完成。房间的密码将于入住日的3天前左右发送。如为临近入住（距入住不足3天）的预订，我们会在确认填写后立即发送，敬请放心。
本设施为无人入住型，依法需登记住客名簿。请每位成人各填一份，并上传本人的面部照片，仅用于到达时的核对。在日本国内有住址的旅客无需提交身份证件。在日本国内没有住址的旅客，根据日本法律，请上传护照的照片页。12岁以下儿童只需在监护人表格的「同行儿童姓名」栏中填写姓名即可。确认后，我们将通过预订网站的消息发送含钥匙密码页面的网址。
