📝 ご記入のタイミング
ご予約後はなるべくお早めに、遅くともチェックイン前日までにご記入ください。お部屋の暗証番号は、チェックイン３日前を目安にご案内します。チェックインまで３日を切った直前のご予約の場合は、ご記入の確認後すぐにお送りしますので、ご安心ください。
当施設は無人運営のため、法令に基づき宿泊者名簿へのご記入と本人確認をお願いしています。宿泊される大人の方はお一人ずつご入力いただき、顔写真付きの身分証のお写真もご提出ください。12歳以下のお子様は、保護者の方のフォームの「同伴のお子様のお名前」欄にお名前のみご記入ください。ご記入の確認後、予約サイトのメッセージで鍵の暗証番号ページのURLをご案内します。
📝 Timing
Please complete this form as soon as possible after booking — at the latest, by the day before check-in. We will send your door passcode about 3 days before your check-in date. For last-minute bookings (within 3 days of check-in), we’ll send it right after we confirm your entry, so please rest assured.
As an unmanned lodging, we are legally required to keep a guest register and verify identity. Please complete this form one entry per adult and attach a photo of your photo ID. For children 12 and under, just add their name in the “Accompanying children’s names” field on a parent’s form. After we confirm your entry, we will send you the URL with the key passcode via a message on your booking site.

预订后请尽早填写，最迟请在入住前一天完成。房间的密码将于入住日的3天前左右发送。如为临近入住（距入住不足3天）的预订，我们会在确认填写后立即发送，敬请放心。
本设施为无人入住型，依法需登记住客名簿并核验身份。请每位成人各填一份，并上传含照片的身份证件照片。12岁以下儿童只需在监护人表格的「同行儿童姓名」栏中填写姓名即可。确认后，我们将通过预订网站的消息发送含钥匙密码页面的网址。
