・Non-residents of Japan: A copy of your Passport (photo page). ・Residents of Japan (including foreign residents): A photo ID (Driver's license, My Number Card front, or Residence Card). ※Please upload the front side only of your My Number Card. The back side is not required.
・12歳未満のお子様は、同伴者様の氏名欄に併記してください。 記入例：氏名(名)「花子、太郎」 ・12歳未満のお子様の身分証写真は不要です。同伴者（保護者）様の写真のみで受付可能です。 - For children under 12, please list their names in the same field as the accompanying adult. Example: First Name "Hanako, Taro" - ID photos are not required for children under 12. Only the accompanying adult's ID photo is necessary.
